School values-Gracious and healthy lifestyle

How to be gracious?
- treat peers, teachers and school leaders with respect and consideration.
- speak eloquently and politely.
- adopt a positive attitude towards life.

How to have a healthy lifestyle?
- eat balanced meals.
- exercise regularly.
- develope healthy coping skills.
- have enough rest - sleep at least 8 hours a day!
